Job Description Job Description About the Opportunity Our client, a rapidly growing IT services company serving the data center market, is building a world-class finance team. This role offers the chance to establish processes, work with modern technology, and grow alongside a brand-new leadership team. The Role Our client needs an experienced AR professional who can handle the full spectrum of billing and collections activities while managing customer relationships. You'll work with multiple billing portals (Ariba, Coupa, and others), respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with project managers, and drive collections efforts. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position where you'll handle everything from invoice processing to account reconciliations. What You'll Do Manage customer communications through AR inbox, resolving billing issues and inquiries Process and submit invoices through multiple customer portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) Conduct account reconciliations and work with project managers on outstanding items Drive collections activities and manage aging AR Coordinate with third-party support team and eventually transition work internally Respond to customer questions with professionalism and urgency Support the Controller in establishing sustainable AR processes and workflows Collaborate with the existing AR team to maintain consistency across divisions Perform other duties and special projects as assigned What We're Looking For 5-6 years of solid AR, billing, and collections experience Experience with customer billing portals (Ariba, Coupa, or similar) preferred Technology or professional services industry background ideal Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Hands-on mentality—willing to send invoices, make collection calls, and handle day-to-day tasks NetSuite experience is a plus Willingness to collaborate virtually and occasionally meet in person What Our Client Offers Remote position with occasional Atlanta office collaboration Comprehensive benefits including Blue Cross Blue Shield medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Unlimited PTO (manager approval required) Cutting-edge tech stack including NetSuite, Tesorio, and automation tools Opportunity to build processes and grow with a PE-backed company
