Manager - High Net Worth Individuals - Real Estate Focus Position
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager with
expertise in public accounting to lead our tax services for high
net worth individuals (HNWIs). The ideal candidate will be
responsible for managing complex tax compliance and planning,
ensuring clients receive exceptional service and strategic tax
advice. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee tax compliance and
planning for a portfolio of high net worth individual clients.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax savings and
ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Review and prepare complex individual and trust tax returns,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide guidance and mentorship
to junior staff and assist in their professional development.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations affecting
high net worth individuals. Build and maintain strong client
relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for
tax-related inquiries. Collaborate with other departments to
provide comprehensive financial planning services to clients.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
Master's degree in Taxation is a plus. Active CPA license is
required. Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting,
with a focus on high net worth individuals. Demonstrated expertise
in tax compliance and planning for HNWIs. Familiarity with CCH
Axcess software is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team
