Salary: $110,000 – $145,000 base, plus potential performance bonuses of 10–25%. Position Overview: The Tax Senior Manager will manage client engagements, ensure adherence to all tax regulations, and lead business development initiatives. The role includes providing strategic advice to clients in industries such as healthcare, finance, real estate, and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Lead client projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Deliver expert tax planning, advisory, and compliance solutions. Mentor and develop tax professionals. Expand client relationships and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications: At least 7 years of relevant tax experience. CPA, EA, or equivalent certification required.
