Role Overview The Senior Financial Analyst serves as the financial lead supporting franchise system health and growth. This role drives disciplined financial analysis for franchise deals, transfers, and workouts, while owning 4-wall economic benchmarking and contributing to strategic market planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Franchise Deals & Transfers Lead financial diligence for new franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers Evaluate unit profitability, leverage, cash flow viability, and debt service coverage Deliver pre- and post-transfer performance analysis Support exit planning, workouts, and risk exposure analysis 4-Wall Economic Performance Own system-wide 4-wall profitability benchmarking Identify performance gaps and implications for franchisee payback and capital efficiency Manage financial watchlists and identify early risk indicators Strategic Market Planning Serve as finance lead for franchise network meetings Translate financial analysis into actionable operator insights Support market prioritization and consolidation opportunities Drive best practice adoption across the franchise system Ad Hoc & Process Improvement Support leadership-driven special projects Enhance financial reporting accuracy and modeling processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics 2 years of FP&A, corporate finance, franchise finance, or M&A experience Experience in franchised, multi-unit, retail, or QSR environments preferred Advanced Excel financial modeling and forecasting skills Strong analytical and communication abilities Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights Highly organized with strong deadline management skills Travel 0–5% travel To Apply Now - email your resume to [email protected] Senior Financial Analyst supporting franchise finance, 4-wall profitability, transfers, market planning, and advanced Excel financial modeling.
