impact. Join us! Job Description: The Executive Assistant will
provide strategic, high-level administrative and operational
support to the Consumer Lending Enablement Executive and team. This
role also supports cross-LOB and enterprise work including
partnerships with leadership teams, senior stakeholders and
employee networks – specifically HOLA, by preparing materials and
ensuring alignment of key deliverables. The Executive Assistant
will play a critical role in enabling the Executive to lead
effectively, removing friction from day?to?day operations and
ensuring high?quality execution across all responsibilities. This
job is responsible for providing diverse and confidential
administrative support, including extensive calendar management.
Key responsibilities include supporting management with
administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, processing
expenses, gathering and reporting information relevant to/for the
executive, and responding to incoming mail. Job expectations may
include assisting with organizing in-person meetings and off-sites
and managing different and conflicting objectives, projects, or
activities in a responsive and personable manner. Responsibilities:
Strategic Executive support Complex Calendar, Communication and
Stakeholder Management Cross-Team, Region and -LOB coordination
Document and deck preparation Solves problems, resolving issues
independently to remove friction for the Executive’s Day Budget &
Expense Management – managing reimbursements, expense reports and
budget tracking Travel and event planning – coordinating regular
leadership meetings, travel/market visits and offsite leadership
meetings Communicates with executives and line management to gather
and convey relevant information Answers manager's phone line,
documenting accurate messages and handling calls with appropriate
judgment Manages the calendar of multiple stakeholders proactively,
effectively resolving conflicts that arise in a professional manner
Manages all travel planning and expenses, coordinating schedules
for executive to maximize time and create efficiencies Prepares
meeting minutes and related meeting documents, utilizing written
and oral communication skills Liaises with outside groups to
coordinate events where the executive is a corporate chair,
director, or committee member Engages in high-level client contact
and supports conversations related to sensitive information,
utilizing considerable diplomacy and judgment Required
Qualifications: 3 – 5 years administrative support Experience in a
fast-paced environment Experience coordinating across organizations
and lines-of-business Desired Qualifications: Home Lending
understanding 1-2 years business support 1 year project management
Skills: Executive decision?support readiness – able to anticipate
what you need for meetings, prep, and follow?ups. Understanding of
enterprise priorities – ability to align scheduling, prep
materials, and communications with key business objectives.
Analytical thinking – can distill information, summarize decks, and
escalate what matters. Quality control mindset – notices
inaccuracies, gaps, and inconsistencies before they reach you or
your peers. Document and deck preparation – strong PowerPoint,
Word, Excel; can polish materials for senior audiences. High
confidentiality – handles sensitive topics (people, strategy,
financials) with absolute discretion. Technology fluency – Mastery
of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and
PowerPoint Adaptability - thrives in fast?moving, ambiguous
