Repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems, from traditional fixtures to smart leak detection and tankless water heaters. Job Description: As a Plumber for Upshaw Plumbing, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in various plumbing tasks both in residential and commercial settings. Your responsibilities include: Repairing, replacing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures and equipment; Installing plumbing systems in new and remodeled properties; Setting up traditional and tankless water heaters; Assist in installing smart leak detection and tankless App devices; Connecting gas lines to pool heaters and outdoor appliances; and Keeping detailed reports of work done and tracking results. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Education: 2 years experience as a plumber, preferred. Mindset: A desire to learn, serve others, grow and willingness to follow the Upshaw Plumbing service process training Skills: Punctuality, efficiency, common sense, manual dexterity and technical aptitude Core Competencies: A team player with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Communication: Excellent customer service skills and oral and written communication skills.
