You'll Do (Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities) As a Diesel Mechanic /
Fleet Technician, you will: Perform repairs, inspections, and
preventive maintenance on diesel trucks and heavy duty vehicles.
Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and
air systems . Use onboard vehicle computer systems to identify
failure modes and adjust Engine & Vehicle Control Modules . Respond
to road calls and emergency repair needs. Review and complete
repairs noted on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) .
Document work performed using fleet maintenance software. Test
drive trucks after repairs to ensure safety and reliability. Assist
team members with repairs and collaborate in a supportive shop
environment. Maintain a clean, safe, OSHA compliant workspace .
Perform additional duties as assigned. ? What We're Looking For To
be successful in this role, you should have: Proficiency in diesel
diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and heavy duty truck repair. A
basic tool set. A Class B CDL or the ability to obtain one within
90 days of hire. Hydraulic repair experience (a strong plus!). What
