Job Description:
We are looking for a professional, customer-focused individual
to join our team as a Customer Service & Call Center Representative
. This blended role involves handling inbound and outbound customer
interactions, resolving inquiries, processing service requests, and
maintaining accurate records—all while ensuring a positive and
efficient customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong
communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and is comfortable
in both phone and digital support environments. Key
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, emails, live chats, or
social media messages from customers seeking support, information,
or service. Handle outbound follow-ups for service confirmations,
issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. Resolve product or
service issues by identifying the cause, recommending solutions,
and ensuring timely resolution. Process orders, returns, refunds,
payments, and other customer service-related tasks accurately and
efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions,
transactions, and feedback using CRM and data entry systems.
Escalate unresolved or complex cases to supervisors or specialized
departments when needed. Follow communication scripts and company
policies to ensure consistency and professionalism. Meet individual
and team KPIs, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction,
resolution rate, and response time. Participate in team meetings
and training to stay current on products, services, and procedures.
Uphold a high standard of customer care and represent the company
in a positive and professional manner.
