Job Description Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Customer Care Representativ e to fill a 6-month assignment in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Date: 6/26/2025 Job Title: Customer Care Representative Work Location: Atlanta, GA. 30309 Estimated Start Date: 7/21/2025 Estimated Duration of Job Assignment: 1/19/2026 Requirements: Please send me your resume to lmccarron@jsginc.com Rates: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. Candidates will be required to be on-site for an initial 7-day training period and may need to attend subsequent on-site training sessions and refreshers, as necessary. Experience: The ideal candidate for the Customer Care Representative position should possess 5 to 10 years of proven experience in managing high volumes of calls within a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled both efficiently and effectively. Job responsibilities: Candidates must excel in navigating complex customer interactions, including addressing questions, complaints, billing inquiries, emergency calls, and other inquiries, while prioritizing customer safety and achieving one-call resolution. This role supports both regulated and deregulated utilities, requiring a strong ability to manage high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent multitasking skills and demonstrate a steadfast commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. As an integral part of maintaining the company's high standards of customer service, the successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and safety in every interaction.
