the insurance world right out of college, working for another
agent. Seeing how he built and grew his business inspired me to
take the leap and build something of my own. Im a Georgia Southern
graduate and a proud dad of three girlsfive-year-old twins and a
two-year-old. I also have a dog and live right here in the
community we serve. When Im not in the office, youll find me

Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Hood -
State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional
customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful
insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service
skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance
your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with
other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist
with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other
departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer
service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations
calmly.
