DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Manager with Mark Hutchens State
Farm Insurance, you will generate the kind of exceptional client

Oversee the customer service team and daily operations. Monitor
insurance claims to ensure satisfaction Develop and implement
customer service policies and procedures. Handle escalated customer
complaints and issues. Train and mentor customer service
representatives. REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 Years of
Experience in a State Farm Agents Office Property/Casualty License
Life/Health License QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years of experience in
customer service, with some experience in a managerial role.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Proactive in problem solving Strong leadership and organizational
skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
