Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Co-Op to join our team as
a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing and overseeing all aspects of IT projects, ensuring that
projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
The IT Co-Op Project Manager will work closely with
cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to implement
projects/programs that meet business process initiatives, drive
process improvement, or safeguard our products and systems. In
addition to project delivery this person can analyze existing
project management methods to promote effective operations through
standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or
other methods. The ability to conducts risk assessments, facilitate
communication across operational groups, and ensure compliance with
the defined process and/or implementation is a must. Key
Responsibilities: Project and Coordination: Participates in the
planning and coordination of project activities to ensure that
planned objectives and deliverables are achieved. Performs critical
tasks according to project timetable/specifications. Conducts
analysis and reports results to Management. Mainly works on
day-to-day issues and tasks directly affecting implementation of
project objectives. Primary focus is operational and short-term,
but may participate in the development of some strategic plans.
Risk/Issue Management: Works directly to resolve problems of
moderate-to-large scope. Applies higher level analysis to data
gathered, interprets results (either independently or with
collaboration from Project managers, end users, SME¿s, et. al.).
Identify potential risks and mitigation plans Track project
progress and handle any issues that arise promptly. Team Leadership
& Collaboration: Prepares project reports for management, client,
or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical
advice and to resolve problems. Confers with project staff to
outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope
of authority. Receives general supervision from Project Managers or
other Managers. Interacts with Project Managers, SME’s, cross
functional teams, business technologists, and project staff. May
also have contact with outside vendors, contractors, or
consultants. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a bachelors or
master's program with previous co-op, internship and work

goes beyond base salary. The hiring range for this position in the
primary work location of Atlanta, Georgia is: $22.00-$28.00 per
hour.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may
