Job Description:

Specialist to enhance our robust nursing training programs. The
ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing curriculum and
teaching methods that align with contemporary practices in nursing
education. Your contribution will help us to sculpt proficient
healthcare professionals ready to excel in the challenging and
evolving healthcare landscape. This position requires someone with
in-depth knowledge of nursing practices and educational theory
applied to adult learning, especially within higher educational
systems. Design and update the nursing curriculum in line with
current educational and industry standards. Implement best
practices in teaching and evaluation techniques. Facilitate both
classroom and online courses with a focus on superior outcomes.
Provide mentorship and academic advising to students in nursing
programs. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and
course effectiveness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and
academic staff to enhance interdisciplinary understanding. Engage
in professional development to stay current with the latest
advances in nursing education. Strong knowledge of nursing
practices and principles. Excellent communication and instructional
skills. Ability to design curriculum and course materials.
Experience with e-learning technologies. Strong leadership and
mentoring skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license. Certification in
Nursing Education preferred (e.g., Certified Nurse Educator
(CNE)).
