Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
maternity leave coverage, this full-time Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) position supports elementary students within the
northern Atlanta area. The role spans one school location, with
assignments in either Acworth or Woodstock, and requires onsite
presence during standard school hours, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications and Experience: Active Georgia DOE
Certification Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License
Experience working with elementary-aged students Availability to
work full-time hours, 37.5 hours per week Commitment from early to
mid-March through the end of the school year (May 22, 2026) Not
open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Location:
Elementary school setting within the northern Atlanta area, Georgia
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology
services to elementary school students Conduct assessments, develop
individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to
support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply
with all regulatory and school district requirements Ensure
continuity of care throughout the maternity leave assignment period
Contract Details: Maternity leave coverage position ending with the
school calendar year Onsite work model with regular Monday through
Friday schedule One school site assignment This position offers a
