Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Support the development of technicians through hands-on training and mentorship Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options. Make product recommendations based on customer needs. Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.
