Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Financial
Clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the financial clearance team, ensuring
accurate insurance verification and pre-authorization
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial
workflows and reduce denials
Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and conduct audits for
accuracy in financial clearance processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance,
or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial clearance or revenue cycle
operations, preferably in a multi-specialty physician group
Prior supervisory experience in a relevant field
Strong knowledge of insurance verification and financial counseling
processes
Familiarity with EHR systems and revenue cycle technologies, such
as Epic or Athena
