Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, or
operational leadership roles
Proven experience in leading enterprise transformation programs in
a SaaS or healthtech environment
Strong understanding of change management frameworks and tools
Passion for leveraging Gen AI to drive transformation
