Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who
will manage paid media and lead generation efforts to drive leads
and enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee strategy execution and optimization of multi-channel
marketing efforts
Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and monitor
performance across the marketing funnel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support budget
forecasting and trend analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Master's degree (MBA or Master's in a related field) is
preferred
5+ years of experience in managing and implementing digital and
multi-channel marketing plans
Certifications in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Blueprint
Experience with budget management and digital marketing
platforms
