• 2+ years of experience in credit, modeling, financial technology, or data science or 3 years in addition to an advanced degree.
• 1+ years previous management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
• Flexibility and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Python, Excel, SQL, and other analytic tools.Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with consumer lending.
  • Strong understanding of Quantitative Financial Analysis.
  • Ability to understand profit implications of complex risk concepts.
