Job Description:
A company is looking for an In-House Clinical Research Associate
II.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the contact for project teams and investigative sites,
documenting communications and monitoring site performance
Assist with site visit preparations and ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements and study protocols
Manage study-related activities, including data review, site
training, and coordination of clinical trial supplies
Required Qualifications:
University or college degree in biological or life sciences
preferred, or relevant certification in allied health
2+ years of relevant clinical research experience in the
pharmaceutical or CRO industries may substitute for degree
requirements
Basic understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and the clinical trial
process
Experience in site management, in-house CRA, or related roles
Ability to work effectively in a project team and manage time
efficiently
