TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified
ICU/Critical Care RN in Fayetteville, Georgia, 30214! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Float
Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience:
Minimum of 1 year required License: State or Compact license
required at the time of submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Must-Have: - Ability to manage dysrhythmias - Experience in
arterial line management - Central line care and management skills
- Ability to titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips - Experience
assisting with BiPAP and CPAP management - Care for ventilated
patients - Skills in suctioning (ETT, NT) - Knowledge of isolation
precautions and PPE Description: Unit details include care for a
variety of diagnoses. Diagnoses include pneumonia, sepsis, renal
failure, pancreatitis, and general surgeries pre/post. Other
conditions treated are orthopedic issues, COPD, COVID-19,
gastrointestinal issues, and sickle cell crisis. Float within the
facility is required, as well as the ability to work every other
weekend. There is no call requirement. Flexibility to float within
scope of practice is necessary. All candidates will undergo a
clinical screening to determine clinical fit before being
considered. The maximum requested time off is seven days. If one
major holiday falls within the assignment period, there is an
expectation to work it. For two major holidays, the expectation is
to work both. If three major holidays occur, the expectation is to
work two of them. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Full
compliance is required to start on time. Local candidates are
accepted at the same rate. References from two supervisory
individuals are highly preferred. Travelers must be away for one
full year from all previous facilities to be eligible. 5 Benefits
