Grady’s Camp Creek Comprehensive Health Center , you will play a
key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered, team-based
care to a diverse community. You will work in a collaborative

healthcare to all residents of Atlanta. Qualifications Doctorate of
Medicine (MD or DO) required Completion of an accredited Primary
Care residency program Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Primary
Care Physician preferred Unrestricted license to practice medicine
in the State of Georgia Board Certified Internal Medicine Family
