(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is ideal
for experienced Surgical Technologists skilled in a variety of
surgical specialties. This contract position offers a dynamic
environment in a large, teaching hospital recognized as a Level 1
Trauma Center with additional Chest Pain and Stroke Centers.
Location: Position based in Warner Robins, GA a city known for its

Responsibilities: - Assist surgical teams in a 20-room Operating
Room suite covering a broad range of procedures including general
surgery (GYN, plastics, ENT, robotics), orthopedic surgeries (joint
replacements, sports med repair, trauma), neurosurgery, and
cardiovascular surgeries such as open heart and valve replacements.
- Support patient safety and surgical asepsis throughout
procedures. - Collaborate with nursing and medical staff ensuring
efficient and effective surgical care. - Maintain and operate
surgical instruments and equipment proficiently, including EPIC
Optime EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis medication dispensers, and
Phillips monitoring systems. - Participate in call rotations
covering evenings, weekends, and holidays, assisting with all
surgical cases as assigned. - Complete a one-week orientation to
hospital systems and culture. Qualifications: - Certified Surgical
Technologist (CST) preferred. - Completion of an accredited
surgical technology program. - Current BLS certification required;
ACLS preferred for certain cases. - Minimum 2 years of experience
in general OR cases, with preference for candidates having 5 years
in cardiovascular OR. - Ability to work varied 10-hour shifts
(7a-7p or 7p-7a) on a 6-week rotating schedule including call
shifts. - Strong teamwork and communication skills to support a
culture focused on safety and inclusion. Schedule: - 10-hour
shifts, daytime or nighttime (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM to 7:00
AM) - Call requirement approximately 6-9 shifts per month,
