Cartersville, Georgia, 30120! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Duration: 12 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (19:00 -
07:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar unit, First-time
travelers accepted License: GA or Compact license required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Use of Rapid
Response/Code teams - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
- Telemetry and Cardiac monitoring - Central line care/management
Description: This unit requires every other weekend commitment. No
call is required, but floating within facility/scope of practice
may be necessary. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is
required. The unit accepts first-time travelers. If one major
holiday occurs during the assignment, the traveler is expected to
work it. If two major holidays occur, the traveler should work
both. If three major holidays occur, the traveler is expected to be
available for two of the holidays. Full compliance is required to
start on time. Compliance documentation must be submitted prior to
the deadline. Two supervisory references are highly preferred for
submission. Travelers must be available to work holidays as
specified in the policy. No holiday time-off requests can be made
for the specified holidays. Travelers must complete necessary items
promptly to ensure an on-time start. This position involves direct
patient care for adults and geriatric patients. Daily patient
census is approximately 28. The unit has 28 beds available for
patient care. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy,
respiratory services, and social services. The team comprises
several health professionals for comprehensive patient care. Tasks
may include managing complex patient needs in post-surgical
settings. Candidates must have experience with a variety of patient
procedures. Demonstrated proficiency in various clinical skills and
equipment is required. The role offers a chance to work within a
