Job Details - Location: Atlanta, GA 30342 (Emergency Department) - Assignment Length: 13 weeks - Start Date: March 30, 2026 - Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:00am), 3 shifts/week — night shift nursing job / travel RN nights - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week - Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nurse assignment - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1500-$1580/week Required Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Room RN / ED nurse experience - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be valid for practice in Georgia or a multistate/compact license) - Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications - Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (Cerner EMR) preferred - Comfortable and available to work scheduled night shifts - No local candidates within 50 miles for this travel assignment Responsibilities (Emergency Department / ER RN) - Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ED - Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity using emergency nursing best practices - Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered and per protocol - Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care - Document patient assessments, interventions, and clinical updates accurately in Cerner EMR - Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency, trauma, and critical care situations Why Join This Travel RN Opportunity in Atlanta?
