Education Requirements: Associate degree or higher in Nursing (ASN,
BSN, or equivalent)/n - Certifications Requirements: /n - AHA BLS
(Basic Life Support)/n - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)/n -
AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric
Advanced Life Support) preferred/n /n - Experience Requirements: /n
/n - Minimum of 2 years of experience in neonatal or pediatric
outpatient services/n - Experience with IV starts in neonatal
patients/n - Previous experience assisting newborns in a clinical
setting/n /n - Other Requirements: /n /n - Ability to work days,
particularly from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM/n - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills/n - Ability to assist in a fast-paced,

care, including assessment and preparation of newborns in the
outpatient setting/n - Assist newborns in transitioning from
inpatient to outpatient care with family-centered support/n -
Administer IV therapies and monitor neonatal vital signs during
