Job Description:
Job Description The Family Practice Physician is responsible for
providing high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients of
all ages in a community-based, Federally Qualified Health Center
(FQHC). This position focuses on delivering preventive care,
chronic disease management, and acute medical services with a
strong emphasis on reducing health disparities and improving
outcomes in underserved populations. The physician works
collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity
and coordination of care.
