Emory Hospital Warner Robins HM Program: Hospital Beds: 240 Practice Size: 20 physicians & 4 APPs Coverage: 9 Day Physicians & 1 Night Physician Physician Scheduling: 7a-7p (Day), 7p-7a (Night) APC Scheduling: 3p – 3a & 8p – 8a 7on/7off ICU Beds: Closed, Intensivists Manage Codes: Yes Procedures Required: No EMR: Meditech, Epic expected June 2026 Director Opportunity Specifics and Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership skills and significant involvement in hospital initiatives. Prior leadership experience required. Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Proven ability to lead a team to consistently meet and exceed quality metrics, with leadership compensation tied to these milestones. Significant administrative focus, predominantly Monday through Friday. Active participation in all administrative meetings into quality initiatives and MEC meetings expected. Outstanding communication skills are essential for collaboration with the team, operations, and hospital leadership.
