Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Stockbridge, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,572 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Stockbridge, Georgia, 30281! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of travel experience and experience with specified drips License: Current nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Prior travel experience Experience with cardiac drips: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Nitroglycerin Experience with diuretics: Bumex, Lasix Experience with anticoagulants: Aggrastat, Argatroban, Heparin Experience with insulin drips Basic arrhythmia knowledge Hemodynamic monitoring and post-procedure care Description: Candidates must have experience managing the following drips: Cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Milrinone, and Nitroglycerin. Diuretics including Bumex and Lasix. Anticoagulants including Aggrastat, Argatroban, and Heparin. Candidates should be familiar with insulin drips as well. Experience with the patient population ranging from adults to geriatrics is required. Skills in managing arrhythmias including stable A-Fib, SVT, and bradycardia are essential. Surgical patients may include cholecystectomy, appendectomies, and those with chest tubes or biliary drains. Occasional vascular patients and post-cardiac catheterization care will be required. Knowledge of telemetric monitoring and the ability to interpret dysrhythmias is necessary. Candidates should be able to manage basic and complex patient needs within the cardiac telemetry environment. The average nurse-to-patient ratio will be approximately 1:5-6. Flexibility to float to similar units may be required. Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed is expected.
