Qualified candidates will have a background in medical-surgical nursing, hold BLS and ACLS certifications, and possess excellent communication and adaptability skills. Provide comprehensive care to patients in a medical-surgical unit. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient progress and report changes. Educate patients and families about post-hospital care requirements.
