What You ll Do
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care for critically ill and
premature newborns in the NICU
- Manage newborns requiring advanced neonatal therapies
- Utilize advanced NICU technologies and therapies (including
high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body
cooling)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary neonatal team
(neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, and pediatric
subspecialists)
- Participate in shared rounding and call responsibilities within
the NICU team
- Support evidence-based neonatal care initiatives and quality
improvement efforts
- Provide family-centered care and participate in academic and
teaching opportunities (as applicable to the role)
What You Need
Required
- J1 visa candidates accepted (per job order)
- Residency within the immediate local area required (with
relocation possibly required; per job order)

- Neonatology experience (years not specified)
- Comfort working in a Level III NICU environment with advanced
therapies and multidisciplinary teams
