WHAT YOULL DO Essential Functions (80%): Beverage & Food Preparation (30%) Make and serve juices, smoothies, mocktails, and grab-and-go items Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards Inventory Management (15%) Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Track usage and minimize waste Cleanliness & Safety (15%) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols Staff Training & Leadership (15%) Train, schedule, and lead Grab & Go department. Model best practices and support team development Menu Innovation (10%) Prep & learn new Grab & Go options. Stay current with wellness and nutrition trends. Customer Engagement & Education (15%) Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide education about menu items and health benefits Offer samples and drive customer loyalty Non-Essential Functions (20%): Assist with events or special promotions Support additional retail operations as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in juice bar, caf, or food service Strong knowledge of nutrition, wellness, and food safety Experience training or leading staff Ability to follow and develop recipes Excellent organizational and communication skills Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience with menu development or product innovation Food safety certification a plus Competencies Required: Customer-focused and engaging Reliable and consistent Creative and collaborative Detail-oriented and organized WHY JOIN NUTRITION NEST AT PRESERVE LIFE Support the launch of a first-of-its-kind wellness retail destination Help establish systems and standards from the ground up Opportunities for advancement into Senior Coordinator or Assistant Manager roles Training in inventory management systems, vendor relations, and wellness retail Competitive pay health, dental, vision, PTO, wellness perks See your work directly impact a successful retail launch and guest experience
