Job Description:
Cox Automotive, a pioneer in automotive solutions, is seeking a
seasoned Sr Site Reliability Engineer to join our IT & Data
Management team. This role is crucial for enhancing our platform's
reliability and performance, which supports a wide array of
automotive servicesfrom manufacturing to sales. A successful
candidate will leverage deep technical expertise and a proactive
approach to maintain seamless operations and drive continuous
improvements. Develop, implement, and optimize automated solutions
to ensure system reliability and scalability. Collaborate with
development teams to enhance the software delivery pipeline.
Monitor system performance metrics and respond to system incidents
and outages. Advocate for and implement best practices in
monitoring, incident response, and operations. Drive root cause
analysis and post-mortem culture to prevent future incidents.
Manage and review cloud infrastructure and service costs and
performance. Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google
Cloud) Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash)
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Medical
