We are seeking a Senior Consultant in I&O Operations focused on Operational Excellence, who will be instrumental in enhancing our operational frameworks and driving significant improvements across our services. As a key player within our professional services team, you will leverage deep industry knowledge and analytical prowess to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery within our Infrastructure and Operations (I&O). This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for operational optimization. Analyze current operational processes and performance to identify areas for enhancement Design and implement innovative solutions and best practices to optimize infrastructure and operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategies Lead and mentor teams on project initiatives to ensure successful deployment and sustainability of new solutions Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices and technological advancements Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, showing progress and ROI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of operational processes and best practices Proficient with data analysis and performance metrics Excellent project management and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in Project Management (PMP) Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt preferred)
