Job Description:

Cargill, a global leader in food, agriculture, financial, and industrial products and services, seeks a Senior Application Developer-Application Owner and Infrastructure Partner to enhance our digital capabilities. In this role, you will spearhead the development and maintenance of applications while ensuring seamless integration with our infrastructure. This position requires a visionary individual with a knack for not only addressing immediate IT needs but also strategizing for future innovations. You will actively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions that uphold Cargill's mission to nourish and sustain the global community. Design, develop, and maintain applications across various platforms. Ensure all applications are fully integrated with the existing infrastructure. Collaborate with IT teams to align application development with the company's strategic goals. Continuously research and apply new technologies and frameworks to improve functionality and performance. Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Maintain documentation of processes and user guidelines. Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages. Experience with both front-end and back-end development. Expertise in cloud services, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of database management and security protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Medical Insurance Certified in Java or Python programming. Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms. Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are beneficial.
