As a Senior Professional for Client Devices, you will play a pivotal role in managing and innovating the technologies that support our diverse and global operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission by enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the technology used throughout Cargill. Develop and implement strategies for managing client computing platforms across multiple operating systems. Ensure secure configuration and operation of all client devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Collaborate with IT security to deploy security measures that protect company data across client devices. Monitor industry trends to recommend and execute advancements in device technology. Provide technical leadership and support in resolving escalated client device issues. Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services and products. Lead cross-functional teams in strategic IT projects. Expertise in various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) Strong understanding of network and computer security principles Proficiency in mobile device management and security tools Ability to manage projects and lead technical teams Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar credentials
