Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development
(e.g., Go, Java, C++). 5 years of experience testing, and launching
software products. 5 years of experience building and developing
large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or
experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware
architecture. 3 years of experience with software design and
architecture. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in
Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 8
years of experience with data structures and algorithms. 3 years of
experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and
setting technical direction on dynamic projects. 3 years of
experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving
cross-functional, or cross-business projects. Experience with
capacity planning, supply chain, or automation. About the job

this role, you will help build technical solutions from the ground
up as part of the global Google Machine Learning Fleet Optimization
team. You will be developing key capacity planning and optimization
capabilities within the shifting landscape of AI and ML, at
hyper-scale. You will work with multiple teams, including all major
business units across Google, and our operational ML planning teams
to optimally allocate our ML resources. Google Cloud accelerates

range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,

leadership on high-impact and high-visibility projects within the
Cloud ML Capacity Planning Allocations and Optimization team. Drive
numerous projects to support our operational planning teams.
Cross-team collaboration with multiple stakeholders across all of
Google. Architect, design, and guide the development of
foundational infrastructure systems by creating technical system
designs and owning the technical strategy.
