Job Description:
New Business Operations Integrator What You Will Be Doing The
New Business Operations Integrator will serve as the primary
coordinator for the Aero Strategy and Business Development (ASBD)
1LMX implementation effort. Working under the Implementation Lead
and collaborating closely with Opportunity Hub (OppHub)
subject?matter experts Key Responsibilities • Support/lead weekly
status meetings to track progress, manage near?term deliverable
schedules, and ensure cross?functional alignment between Aero ASBD
tool SMEs and corporate SMEs. • Act as Cost Accounting Manager
(CAM) for the ASBD 1LMX program, pulling actuals, maintaining
charging records, working with scheduler, and supporting monthly
DTO Program and Business Management reviews as well as lead the
annual budget and schedule planning for Comprehensive Estimate At
Completion (CEAC). • Lead Power BI dashboard and report activities,
including validation, creation, enhancement, bug triage, and
prioritization of improvements. The analyst will coordinate with
corporate and ASBD Power BI SMEs, host Power BI status meetings,
and manage surge?capacity resources as needed. • Point-POC for
Opportunity Hub (OppHub) tool. Will include access management, data
upload/downloads, mapping to other systems, custom reports/views,
and other key activities in OppHub. • Deliver routine and ad?hoc
reporting requests for both ASBD and corporate stakeholders,
ensuring data accuracy, clear documentation, and timely
distribution. Strong documentation and follow?through skills are
essential; the analyst must translate technical data into
actionable insights, support budgetary governance, and facilitate
seamless communication across multiple teams and levels of the
organization. Must have ability to multi-task with a strong

as a project/program lead (schedule, risk tracking, agile/waterfall
basics). Experience managing multiple projects executing
simultaneously • Financial & Budgeting Acumen experience (cost
accounting, variance analysis, Excel advanced) • Stakeholder &
Meeting Facilitation experience (communication, agenda setting,
risk/issue reporting) • Technical Documentation & Training
experience (instructional design, documentation standards) •
Resource Onboarding & Governance experience (access control, surge
resource management) Desired skills • Cost Accounting Management
(CAM) experience • Data analytics; metric development • Experience
working independently requiring minimal direct supervision •
Knowledge on LM capture process / win-plans • Proficient in MS
Dynamics; Power BI; Tableau, MS Office • Automation & Query Skills

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding
most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois,
Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington
DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the
salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final
work location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $102,800 - $178,135. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
