Forsyth County seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney to
join their dynamic team. Our client combines challenging and
engaging casework with genuine work-life balance in a supportive,
collaborative environment. This position includes a hybrid work
schedule, reasonable billable requirement, lucrative multifaceted

profit sharing program. As part of the litigation team, you'll
handle diverse cases across the firm's core specialties which
include: Government Law Employment Law Real Estate Litigation Land
Use & Zoning Business Litigation Government Contracts Construction
Law We are seeking an attorney with strong experience independently
managing cases from inception through resolution and involvement in
all stages of litigation. Strong analytical, writing, and research
skills are required as it is a motion based practice. Core
responsibilities include, drafting and responding to pleadings,
motions, and discovery, conducting depositions, representing
clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations, and
providing strategic counsel to clients. This opportunity offers

Job Details Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of recent civil
litigation experience in a law firm setting Strong academic
credentials, J.D. from an accredited university Proven track record
of case management from inception to close Exceptional
organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills Stable employment
history Government law experience preferred but not required Core
Job Responsibilities: Manage full lifecycle of complex litigation
