What You’ll Do As a Crew Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Leading a small team to complete junk removal jobs efficiently and safely. Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients. Driving company vehicles to job sites and ensuring proper loading and unloading of items. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, both on-site and in company vehicles. Problem-solving on the fly to handle unique challenges at each job. Representing Southside Junk Removal with a positive, can-do attitude. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: 1 year of experience in a leadership role or related field. A strong work ethic and the ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A commitment to providing top-notch customer service. A team player mindset with the ability to motivate and guide others. What You’ll Earn $15 an hour plus tips and commission — because your hard work deserves to be rewarded.
