Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
Machine Operator MTO to join their team. As a Machine Operator MTO,
you will be part of the production department supporting the
manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to
detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator MTO
Location: Braselton, GA Pay Range: $17 Shift: 1st shift,
5:30am-2:00pm What's the Job? Operate assigned manufacturing
machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and
mechanical power presses. Complete the Operator Maintenance Program
(OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety days of
employment. Consistently meet production requirements and quality
standards. Identify and correct unsafe or defective products to
ensure safety and quality. Maintain a clean and safe work
environment, adhering to all safety protocols. What's Needed? High
school diploma or GED equivalent. At least one year of related
manufacturing or machine operation experience. Ability to use
personal protective equipment at all times. Basic math skills
including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to read and understand safety procedures and operate safety
