Revenue Cycle LMS Instructional Design Administrator

Overview of Position

This role will function as the primary point of contact for our Change Healthcare Knowledge Center which is a learning management system (LMS) used to onboard and provide ongoing education of our customers. This role is responsible for day to day operations of the LMS including the definition and application of best practices for the training of the LMS users according to their specific access levels, creating and publishing learning content as assigned, contributing to ongoing system improvements, coordinating resolution of system issues, generating reports and assisting learners with troubleshooting in accessing and leveraging learning resources.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices to be used by Revenue cycle customers using the LMS

Design and Maintain detailed training plans defining instructional objectives, learning activities and evaluate strategies.

Developing training materials and resources to support product, procedure training needs

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration ownership & curriculum design build-out within LMS.

Drive Change management and communication regarding LMS changes / updates through the Change Control Board (CCB)

Serve as Learning Management System SME

What are the requirements needed for this position?

5+ years’ experience designing and developing engaging and effective adult learning programs

Knowledge of principles of adult learning and needs assessment techniques

3+ years of Lesson and curriculum planning skills

2+ years of Visual design experience and ability to storyboard

BA/BS or MS degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Education, or a related field

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Ability to identify areas to analyze and identify root cause of their most pressing issues and then develop and implement improvement in LMS.

Knowledge of principles of adult learning and needs assessment techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
