Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Arbitration
Verification of Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations while mentoring and
developing team members
Analyze claim reports and ensure timely submission of cases and
negotiations
Monitor staff performance and compliance with policies and
procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of medical billing and collection experience
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience managing a team of more
than five people
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HIPAA regulations
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
