Client Support Consultant - NextGen Payroll

ADP is hiring a Payroll Consultant with for the Next-Gen Payroll Team. In this position you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Operations, and help to define, mature, and execute on ADP's next-gen technology, including Pi. If you are a sharp, self-driven product manager who is passionate about solving really big problems, we want to talk to you.This role requires collaboration with Product and Development, Service and Implementation Teams, and multiple other internal ADP businesses, as well as, world-class Client Management. Expectations of this Role:

  • Service Model Mastery
    • Active collaboration with SWAT to design Service and Support Models
    • Establish and document processes as they are created and defined (Playbooks)
    • SME of WFN with Pi Service Model
    • Establish and maintain contacts for all downstream product partners
    • Active participation in defining KPIs and Metrics
    • Client Success
      • Project Manage client interaction cadence
      • First point of contact for questions and requests
      • Triage client issues / requests
      • Advise clients on HR/PR processes and workflows
      • Communicate changes / updates to client
      • Train clients on WFN with Pi
      • Product
        • Engage with Product and UX Teams
        • End-to-end functional testing (processing payroll)
        • Provide continuous feedback and suggestions to help build the product and experienceQualifications Required:
          • 3+ years white-glove Service / Implementation Delivery experience
          • Extensive CRM knowledge
          • 2+ years direct payroll knowledge
          • WFN experience
          • Excellent written and oral communication skills
          • Easily adaptable and accepting of change
          • Ability to take on various tasks and assignments as needs arise
          • Alpharetta Office-Based?? Preferred Qualifications:
            • FPC / CPP Certification
