ideal blend ofmarketing strategy,projectmanagementandclient
serviceto join our Client Marketing team.The successful
candidatewill bring provenexperiencebuilding and
executingintegratedmarketing plans for B2B brands. TheAccount
Supervisoris responsible forleadership and overall management of
the Client relationship onacollection of agency accounts.
TheAccount Supervisor, along with theirSalescounterpart,is held
accountable for client satisfaction,high-quality work that delivers
results,and account profitability.As the senior point of contactfor
the agency, s/he coordinates agency resources, builds strategic
operationalplansand balances the needs and expectations of the
client with the needs of the company.
TheAccountSupervisorwillmaintaina thorough knowledge of the
dynamics and workings of the clients businesses,personneland the
competitive landscape; and inspire client trustby providing sound
marketing counsel, excellent client service and focus on the
clients success.S/he leads the development of strategic marketing
plans for their clients, seeking alternative viewpoints and
approaches in developing effective marketing strategies. S/he
guides the team(s) to successfully implement projects within the
agency on behalf of the client including creative, media, public
relations, digital,agency operationsandsales.
S/heestablishesleadership within the agency and promotes a positive
work environment bydemonstratingpersonal accountability for
attitude,confidentialityand professional maturity to become a
driving force behind positive outcomes.This role willreportto the
EVP,Marketing& AgencyServices. Primary Responsibilities: Acts as
the driving forceto achieve positive outcomes and client
satisfaction. Builds and nurtures long-lasting client
relationshipsso that clients repeatedly return
withadditionalprojects and invest in our services. Job Duties:
Client-facing duties Communicateswith clients to understand their
business and marketingobjectives, success metrics/KPIs,
industry,companyand products. Plans and
leadsimmersionsessions,marketingworkshopsand kickoff meetings.
Demonstrates confidence and leadership as the day-to-day voice of
the agency to the client. Sets and manages client expectations
around project scope, timelines,deliverablesand outcomes.
Focusesand reportson campaign/project performance to ensure success
metrics/KPIs are achieved. Creates and recognizes opportunities to
grow Clients business, not just within the agency but within
thecompany as a whole, andacts upon them with the help of senior
management andappropriate companyresources. Internal-facing duties
Leads the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for
their clients, guiding agency team(s) on behalf of the client
including strategy, creative, media, public relations, web, and
agency operations. Leadskick-off meetings with internal client
teams Writes clear,conciseand strategic creative, media and/or
project briefs, as well as marketing plans, collaborating with the
SVP, Strategy. Advocates for the clients point of view to internal
teams and keeps the agency team informed,focusedand enthused about
the clients business. Worksclosely with theAgency Operations and
Client Marketingteammatesto assess project priorities.
Managesworkflow from a to z using phase 3s Project Management
software/platforms. Createsaccuratetimelines andproject
estimates,and writesinformed SOWs for established accounts
Facilitatesfeedback processbetween the agency and client teams for
reviews and approvals. Participatesin
weeklyinternalstatus/traffickingmeetings to review all active
projects. Evaluates the input,ideasand deliverablesrelativeto
strategy and approved briefs. Takesownership of overall quality of
work on accounts, including client service and deliverables.
Provides effective and efficient oversight of agency resources to
ensure projects are delivered as promised in terms of
time,budgetand results. Recognizes and resolves conflict
situations, both internally and externally. Provides a model for
project and agency leadership prepared and
proactive,thoroughandaccurate. Job Requirements: Minimum4
yearcollege degree in marketing,advertisingor related field
5yearsaccount management experience in a marketing or agency
environment The ability to plan and strategize at a senior leveland
communicate with C-level executives Experience working in a highly
collaborative environment across multiple disciplines Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment on complex assignments Dedication
to delivering the highest level of quality Flexibility to meet
shifting client needs and priorities Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail Occasional travel isrequiredfor client
visits and presentations Standard office hours, though deadlines or
the demands of a client may require working outside of regular
office hours to ensure continued success This is a full-time,
in-office positionin Atlanta, Georgia
