Strategy Translation & Execution Management Partner with the
executive team to translate company and sales strategy into
executable plans. Break down strategic priorities into clear
targets, initiatives, milestones, and metrics. Track execution
progress and ensure strategy lands consistently across regions.
Surface execution gaps early and recommend course corrections. 2.
Pipeline Governance & Deal Quality Control Own governance of the
end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring quality, coverage, and
conversion standards. Lead structured pipeline and deal reviews
with Sales Head to surface risks, gaps, and execution issues.
Identify weak qualification, inflated pipeline, and execution
bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions. 3. Forecast Accuracy &
Business Predictability Own forecast methodology, definitions, and
governance across regions. Partner with Sales Head to assess
forecast confidence and risk exposure. Provide executive-level
visibility into forecast accuracy, variance drivers, and risk
scenarios. Continuously improve forecast reliability through
discipline, not optimism. 4. Sales Behavior Governance Define
expected sales behaviors, execution standards, and operating rhythm
across regions. Govern sales behavior through structured reviews,
data signals, and management cadence. Work with Sales Leaders to
enforce accountability and behavioral correction. Ensure sales
execution is manageable, observable, and governable at scale. 5.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a central coordination point
for complex, strategic deals requiring cross-functional alignment.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Solution, and Operations teams to
remove execution blockers. Resolve cross-functional conflicts by
aligning on business outcomes, not functional preferences. 6.
Process Optimization Define and re-architect core sales processes
based on business strategy and scale stage. Design processes that
improve execution quality, speed, predictability, and
manageability. Ensure processes reinforce desired sales behaviors
and governance standards. Qualifications Required Qualifications 10
years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or
Sales Management roles in B2B environments. Proven experience
partnering with senior sales leaders (VP / Head of Sales / GM).
Strong track record in pipeline governance, forecast management,
and sales execution discipline. Demonstrated ability to challenge
sales assumptions constructively and influence without authority.
Experience managing multi-region or global sales organizations.
Strong business judgment, analytical capability, and executive
communication skills. Chinese Bilingual required Preferred
Qualifications Experience in enterprise technology, industrial,
automation, or complex solution sales environments. Experience
supporting periods of scale, transformation, or organizational
change. Prior experience leading a Sales Ops or Rev Ops team.
