Chandler Residential is seeking a Community Manager to lead operations at Colton Creek Apartments in McDonough, Georgia. As the Community Manager, you’ll be at the center of everything: mentoring staff, managing budgets, optimizing occupancy, and ensuring compliance. What You'll Be Doing: Leading and mentoring your on-site team with clear expectations and supportive guidance. Overseeing leasing, renewals, resident relations, and all aspects of property performance. Driving financial success by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and improving occupancy. Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Building strong relationships with residents, vendors, and support teams. Creating and promoting engaging resident retention programs and community events. What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing multifamily communities (3 years as a Community Manager). Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and operational best practices. Skilled in team leadership, budgeting, marketing, and resident communications. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines under pressure. Confident, safety-minded, financially savvy, and customer-focused. Experience with OneSite, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office is a plus. What You’ll Need: High school diploma (college coursework or certifications like ARM/CAM a plus). Large property experience - 500 units or more required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays and Sundays.
