services such as building maintenance, preventive maintenance,
project management, construction management, energy management,
repairs, and troubleshooting of facility assets. Regional
Facilities Maintenance Manager – Facility Maintenance (Up to 90%
Travel) The Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager supports
multiple facilities by driving continuous improvement, safety
excellence, and quality performance across maintenance operations.
This role requires extensive travel (up to 90%), including
multi-week onsite assignments, to conduct operational assessments,
lead improvement initiatives, support site startups/transitions,
and occasionally serve as acting Facility Manager to ensure
operational continuity. Location : Atlanta, GA Shifts: Varies with
up to 90% travel, including frequent overnight stays. Key
Responsibilities Conduct on-site assessments of maintenance
operations, safety compliance, quality standards, and workflow
efficiency. Support startups, customer transitions, and new scope
mobilizations, including CMMS setup, asset onboarding, and team
training. Strengthen site safety practices and regulatory
compliance (OSHA, company policies, JHAs, audits). Conduct quality
checks on maintenance work and support implementation of
standardized SOPs and workmanship standards. Analyze CMMS data to
improve PM compliance, backlog management, labor utilization, and
asset reliability. Assist with preventive, predictive, and
reliability-centered maintenance program development. Provide
temporary Facility Manager coverage, overseeing daily operations,
scheduling, vendor management, and customer communication. Train
and coach technicians and supervisors on SOPs, CI tools, CMMS
usage, safety procedures, and quality practices. Collaborate with
EHS, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and leadership on
operational improvement priorities. Travel Requirements Up to 90%
travel, including frequent overnight stays. Multi-week coverage
assignments or startup support may be required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial
Engineering, Operations, or related field 3–5 years of experience
in maintenance operations, facility management, quality. Strong
knowledge of CMMS systems, maintenance best practices, safety
standards, and quality processes. Excellent communication,
facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to
lead in the field, influence without authority, and manage
operations during interim FM assignments. Key Competencies
