The Director, Digital Measurement Models and Analytics Frameworks will lead a team of research and protocol experts to design and implement digitally enabled, competitively advantaged measurement systems. These systems will integrate consumption and purchase data to drive consistent comparability through modernized, holistic measurement protocols and diagnostics, ensuring operational delivery excellence across the Coca-Cola system. The role also involves developing advanced analytics and models to connect data sources into a unique purchase-to-consumption pathway. The Director and team will collaborate cross-functionally with the Human Insights function, OUs, and the Commercial, Channel, and Customer functions.What You'll Do for Us

  • Collaborate with data, research, analytics, and human insights experts to develop a transformation and technology-driven agenda for connected consumer and shopper marketing data.
  • Lead cross-network teams on large-scale, digital, and technology-driven consumer and shopper modeling analytics for global tracking programs.
  • Build capability, and promote awareness and training to enhance data fluency and satisfaction with measurement protocols and systems.
  • Integrate AI and ML into traditional research to automate processes and enhance learning capacity, in collaboration with the Global Human Insights Community.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with digital research agencies and data providers to foster innovative, technology-driven insights approaches.
  • Work with the Global Marketing & C&CL Consumption & Purchase Protocols Intelligence Services team to design and test industry-leading, technology-enabled protocols.
  • Promote transparent discussions to improve marketing data efficiency and effectiveness across categories, brands, and functions.
  • Inspire and lead a team of experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and adaptability.
  • Develop, validate, and support the implementation of advanced statistical, econometric, and machine learning models, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and scalability.Qualifications & Requirements
    • Deep expertise in consumer and shopper research techniques, technology-enabled tracking, and data ecosystem lifecycle.
    • Ability to connect multiple data sets and insights into a cohesive measurement system.
    • Expertise in Category, Brand, Consumer, Shopper, Commercial, and Omni-Channel domains.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills for engaging senior management and developing partnerships.
    • Experience in driving adoption of innovative solutions across a global organization.
    • Proven leadership in developing and inspiring teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, adaptable to rapid change.Related Work Experience
      • Minimum of 10 years in consumer and shopper research, with at least 5 years in digital and technology agencies.
      • Experience managing consumer and shopper tracking and data analytics, preferably in a global environment.Education Requirements:
        • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.What We Can Do For You
