Must-Have: Heparin IV administration experience Description: The RN
Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team
of licensed and unlicensed caregivers. They ensure that patients,
families, and significant others receive individualized
high-quality, safe patient care. The role requires practicing in a
clinical environment managed by Nurse Managers and other leaders.
The RN Clinical Nurse is guided by a professional practice model
and evidence-based practice. All RN Clinical Nurses are expected to
be licensed, knowledgeable, and uphold the practice of nursing as
outlined by the Professional Nurse Practice Act. They implement the
Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards as per the American
Nurses Association. As a member of the patient services team, the
RN Clinical Nurse upholds the voice of the patient. This includes
adhering to system policies and procedures while supporting service
excellence goals. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
The RN performs the nursing process in the delivery of clinical
care. This involves assessment, diagnosis, identification of
outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Evidence-based

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or graduation from

accredited nursing program with required clinical hours is
necessary. Direct patient care experience is preferred. Required
Minimum Skills: Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer
